MEET THE COACH
Hi, I’m Yemi, founder of Appropriate Fitness. I decided to become a personal trainer following a life devoted to health and fitness throughout my sporting career within professional football. With over 15 years’ experience training and coaching, I want to help you discover the benefits of training, using my skills to guide, support and motivate you every step of the way on your journey to results.
The benefits of exercise on our physical and mental health is proven. From reducing the risk of serious illness, sharper memory and thinking, boosting confidence, even aiding better sleep, the list goes on! I have seen these benefits personally throughout my own journey and the impact exercise has on our quality of life and work. You may want to lose weight, get active, build muscle, progress in your sporting career but life can be hectic, and it is often hard to find the time.
I have used my experiences to create programs that make you want to find time instead of excuses, they are manageable, proven to work and fun.

Your journey involves more than exercise, so I provide free nutrition guides. I'll guide you through techniques and best practice to avoid injury and see results.
