TERMS & CONDITIONS
APPROPRIATE FITNESS & CLIENT CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AND LEGAL INFORMATION.
1.0 You acknowledge that there are inherent risks when participating in a program of strenuous exercise. Appropriate Fitness will not be held liable for any injury or results of an injury incurred while exercising whether in a session with your trainer or outside of this.
1.1 Your fitness coach will use their skills and knowledge to design a safe program of exercise that will take into account your personal goals, fitness levels, lifestyle and medical history.
1.2 The workouts and advice provided to you by Appropriate Fitness online are shared as general information and not specific to individual clients.
1.3 You understand the results of any fitness program cannot be guaranteed and may vary from person to person. Your progress and results will be governed by your application and understanding in and outside of your booked training sessions.
1.4 Each client is responsible for following the advice and guidance of your fitness coach. You must fully commit to the your training program in order for you to achieve maximum results.
1.5 You are required to complete our Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (“PAR-Q”) before your first class or personal training session.
1.6 It is your responsibility to inform your fitness coach of any current health conditions which may affect your ability to exercise safely. Your fitness coach cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.
1.7 To avoid a cancellation fee with exception to non refundable services please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice before the start time of your planned session or class. Failure to do so will result in full charge of the service booked. The same applies fro rearranging services, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
1.8 All Appropriate Fitness Bundles are non refundable.
1.9 If you the client are late for a training session or class please be aware the appointment cannot be extended.
1.10 Appropriate Fitness has the right to refuse service to anyone who refuses to abide by the terms listed in this agreement.
